Small 2 2 axles - six tires; single unit truck, buses
Medium 3 3 and 4 axles vehicle or passenger vehicles with 1 or 2 axle side-car or trailer
Large 4 5+ axles vehicle or passenger vehicles with 3+ axle trailer

The Illinois Tollway is a user-fee system – no state or federal tax dollars are used to support maintenance and operations.

On January 1, 2023, truck/trailer toll rates increased to help rebuild, improve, and expand the agency's 294-mile system of toll roads.
